Do you really have to be a celebrity. To publish your finished manuscipt.
And turn it into a book??

no you dont, its just a matter of uniqueness to your writing.. It must pass a certain criteria for it to get published.. You just need money too of course..

No you don't have to be a celebrity to publsih your book. You should either a lot of money to promote it or to be genius to have to sold quickly.
