You're right. For me, reading historical fiction is one of the most enjoyable ways to learn. As long as it's accurate, of course.A novel that brings in history into the mix, most often, I deem a worthy read because you are able to learn as you read. Reading a fictional storyline about the difficulties people faced in the South during the American Civil War, and the struggles and troubling times of the Chicago Fire in 1871 nearly broke my heart. It helped me to remember these very real times and appreciate my life.
I'm in the opposite position and I find the idea of reincarnation fascinating.
It seems like an amazing book!

Amanda is wary of letting anyone too close to her, which is quite reasonable considering her past experiences. But it seems fate had other plans...
The American Civil War and the tough times faced by the people have a lesson to teach, and the novel does it's part in illustrating the same.
It is interesting for the lovers of romance.
