RELIEFS: Relief can mean to ease off from unpleasant feelings. Offloading from burdensome and poignant feeling can bring some reliefs. Once one lessens or is free from unnecessary tightness rooting in the mind or body, reliefs are the results. Being relieved enhances our greater survival in life.So count it as part of success when you are relieved form any kind of difficulty. By Esther Ugezene
