The Unwed Ring

Post by thisgirl818 »

The April sun is burning my soul
What a mundane day
Out of the chains of happiness
Let me tell you a prologue
Here we see a the second female lead
From a story oh so far away
Clutching tightly a pair of blue baby shoes
She looked hopeful yet distant
Her red traditional wedding dress soaked
As she playfully kicked the ocean waves
The sky was dark and grey
But she seemed to love the storm
As the chaos in her life gradually fade
Looking up high
She suddenly wailed as lightning struck
Throwing a golden thing to the ocean
Deep heavy breaths signifying her surrender
Hopeful that bit by bit the mark
of her unwed ring
would forever disappear
