I enjoy listening to music while I work, I feel that it helps me set the mood while I'm working. However, I can't listen to anything with lyrics, as that'll just distract me but a good movie score is always motivating.

I study the best with music. It has got to be piano music, though. It also has to be really quiet or I will not be able to focus.I can listen to pop music while cleaning my room or working outside. :o

I usually play music on my headphones or on my speakers. Depends on the type of work I'm doing. I often like to work without music and enjoy natural sounds or I listen to audio with natural sounds or music that has no words. I like to vary my music depending on the task or such...

If I am stuck on my computer most of the day music is my go-to. Having the background noise allows me to concentrate and not focus on the time as much.

Yes, but it depends on how am I feeling that day. Sometimes I just need quietness. My work is usually based on programming so having music from time to time helps me focus more and also helps me not get worked up or stressed about a bug I'm trying to fix or when things are not going the way I want them to go.

I love listening to music, but I don't think there's a way to pay rapt attention to reading and the music simultaneously. I've heard people say it's possible, but I don't think so. I think people to be able to digest both audio and visual information takes a special talent.
