I do not like self help books in general but I am really avoiding them right now so this would not be a book I would be interested in, but I am glad others are finding spiritual help from it!

Thank you for the informative review concerning this book. I don't think that this book will be a good fit for me though. I'm not into "spiritual/self-healing" novels. I can tell that it appears that the author has done quite a bit of research concerning this book and has a lot of positive information to pass on. I think that positive thinking is definitely something to encourage people to do on a daily basis. I'll pass on this book to those who it might interest.

Wow, I think this is one of the best divine book I ever read.knowing clearly what karma really is and differentiating what God want and to what we want. It is a well organized book.

Exploring the mysteries of health, healing, positive thinking, and spirituality sounds like an interesting mix for those interested in the topic. I don't think I agree with it's not normal to get sick, but I do agree that our environment, stress, and emotions can affect our overall health. Believing in oneself is definitely something I also believe in, but karma I'm a bit iffy about. I don't think I understand what the real secrets entail here, but I'm sure there are many who would find the content of the book appealing. It's great to hear that the book is well-structured and that the language is straight-forward. I don't think this is for me, but I'm glad you enjoyed it so much!

For me, this one sounds like a mixed bag. On the one hand, I completely agree with the idea that we need to be more in touch with our spiritual identity. On the other hand, I note that only Ayurveda is covered as a holistic health modality. However, there are many such modalities and I believe each person needs to find the one that works for them. For example, I find that homeopathy works very well for me but Ayurveda not so much. Thanks for the review.

While this doesn't sound like the book for me, I am glad it is well organized. I skimmed a few self help books that had been self published a few years ago and they suffered from not being well edited.

This book really unravels the mystery on spirituality and how to live a disease free life as it was in ancient times and so much more.

Thanks for your review! I'm not a big fan of spiritual or self-help books so I don't this one will be a good fit for me. However, I find the included information about Hinduism to be very interesting! It's also interesting how the author views all religions to be interconnected. I also did not know very much about Karma. We usually only think of it in a negative light or in terms of vengeance.

As I'm not a reader of spiritual/self help books I'll be giving this one a miss. Thanks for such a detailed review, the author seems to offer a lot of information in a very well organised format.
