This sounds like an imaginative and involving fantasy epic. Thanks for the review.

Catrin and Marcellus are the two main characters in this narrative, and I have no doubt about that because love and royalty are two major themes in the work which would be entertaining to lovers of books with kingdoms and racism as themes.

While I usually love history based books, this does not seem very appealing to me. Roman and Celtic history is not something that grabs my interest. I appreciate your well-written review, but I think I'm going to pass on this BOTD.

This is a very good review. Apollo's Raven is already on my to-read list and I am sure I could want to continue with Dagger's Destiny. This book has all the ingredients required to make a good read. A historical fantasy, curses, family loyalty, royalty and the odd magic thrown in between is usually my idea of a good book. I almost forgot to add myths and legends. Congrats to the author on #BOTD

I just finished Apollo’s Raven a couple of weeks ago and wondered if the next book is as good. It sounds like it! It would seem the author has kept up the high quality of writing to bring the next story to the readers. Thank you for the insight into this sequel without any spoilers!

The Roman conquest of Brittania is a rich source of fascinating stories. It is curious that the Celts practiced equality between men and women while later generations couldn't or wouldn't. Princess Catrin is a wonderful representation of the real heroine Queen Boudica.

Thanks for a good review. This book sounds very cultural and historical for real I wont bypass it. Iam much interested to know the decision that girl took when she was in dillema to either consider her personal feelings or the responsibility of her people

Once again, the author uses a cheap cover design which looks silly and not professional. I didn't care for the first book, so I will skip this one. Your review is enthusiastic for the storyline and I think readers should read the first book to determine if this one is for them. Erotic romance scenes are not for me.

The author seems to have done more than enough hardwork for a historical fantasy novel. Also, the storyline have the ability to captivate the reader in the book. I'm impressed to hear that this book, being the second in a series with a great first novel is equally great like the first which is very hard task to perform.

This is the kind of book I would enjoy. Caitrin dilemma of either choosing her heart or her people will make this an interesting read. Overall, this is a good review. :tiphat:

The story involves multiple narratives combined with twists and unexpected developments and this type of book entertains me a lot. The main character Catrin has to choose between love and responsibility which makes the story much more interesting. Hope i will get opportunity to completely read this book.

This book being the next book after Apollo's Raven, should be definitely a good book. I am thinking of reading this one as well. Congratulations on being BOTD and thanks for the review.
