Do you think people would review it? or even look at it? I would really LOVE to become a writer, author! :)

Always think big, Aud, but you have to let people read what you've written. Why not post something in the Writing Discussion forum?

Well as long as it’s unique, interesting and can teach something good (not to mention fun to read) why not. Jus be your self and know what your readers wanted.

The best routes to go with reviews is (A) encourage people you know to review it if you're publishing on Amazon, or (B) give free copies of your printed work to a few people in exchange for their review. I routinely give away copies of my books (check out Devin Kerins on Amazon) when they are first published to get some reviews generated for Amazon.

I would urge any writer not to involve friends/family in the review process. It most definitely places those folks in an awkward position. And it's unlikely you'll get completely honest feedback anyway. Besides, it's best to get feedback from people who are qualified to give it. With that in mind, I'd suggest soliciting feedback from fellow writers, most especially those who have had some success with their own writing.
