Sounds like this book touches on quite a few important topics: sexism, parental neglect, fair and balanced reporting, and more! I liked the online sample too. Thank you for a thorough review!

Thanks for your review! McDowell sounds like a real piece of work. It's pretty sad that it took him getting arrested for him to have a change of heart. I'm curious to find out what caused him to get arrested. I wonder how his crimes against his family and Michael will come back to haunt him.

Thanks for a short but very understandable review you have perfectly done it. The book seems very interesting, I would really like to know how Michael ruined Hiram for cheating on him to support his presidency

The character (in the beginning) reminded me of Dr. House (the tv series) which intrigued me. Although what happens after seems even more interesting! Great review!

I am glad that this book is the book of the day and of the month. I think that this book explores many of the topics that we deal with today. Most importantly, the issue of access to health services and the greed of many types of healthcare providers. I like the cover art and the different settings featured in the novel.

Nice book with so many lessons to learn. The characters are relatable, the suspense is well built, and the plot is engaging...

I like how you summarised the book; you make the book quite inviting.

This story is truly fascinating and has a lot of moral values. McDowell sounds really self-centered and arrogant. Thank you for a lovely review of this book.

I have read several short stories and novels of William H.Coles, so I am pretty sure that this one is also a good book. Wishing to read in near future. Congratulations on being BOTD

The review is really good. The book sounds seem like it is very character driven. It is about getting back what you put out there. I think it is a book that you will not forget once you have read it.
