I would be curious to read this simply to find out why Sergeant Schaefer wanted to help the target complete his mission. I wouldn't mind the shorter length of the book as long as it's fast paced and leaves me with enough suspense throughout the story. Thanks!

Zanbaka masterfully balances mystery and action, keeping the reader hooked all the way through. The minimalist approach to character development in “Environmentally Friendly,” especially with Sergeant Schaefer, is effective. It allows the action to drive the narrative, while still giving us just enough to care about the character’s outcomes.
