Because of its brevity, I'm likely to pick this book up as a holiday read, particularly if I'm travelling alone and hence needing the 'pick me up'.

I would hope by the time I came to read the book that the author had sorted the errors as that would cause too much distraction for me.

The errors would definitely be easy to fix with a professional proofreader. I hope that you read and enjoy!

A self-help book enlightening the good things in life sounds inspiring. The book contains a collection of stories from taken from the author's own experiences. It is good that the author communicates lessons in a fun way. Too bad about the lack of editing. Not for me, but I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the review!

The uplifting and positive messages contained in this book sound like something we could all use at times. I like the bright cover too. Too bad about the editorial mistakes, but I think I'll read it anyway. Thanks for the comprehensive review!

A little book of short stories to uplift the spirit can make a welcome change. I read quite a few of them and they do help put a positive light on the day. I liked the 'Let the light Emerge' story and one about a teabag being in hot water. This did make me think of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. It is unfortunate about the grammatical errors, but the positive message in the stories is still worth the reading.

I enjoy books that are both lighthearted and meaningful. This one has wisdom to share about life packed into bite-sized pieces. I do hope the editing errors will be corrected!

This is an inspirational non-fiction novel with humorous stories and life lessons. The book was amazing and I rated it 4 out of 4 stars. The onlinebookclub review was written masterfully and highlighted the best the book had to offer. Congrats @paulekotz for an amazing BOTD.

A collection of uplifting stories can be very helpful to many! I like that the author includes some humor and that some of his stories are cute; this can make a big difference when reading a self-help book. I haven't actually read any of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books, but it's good to know that there is an audience for this format. Too bad about the number of errors here; that can really bring a book down. However, I'm glad that you were still able to enjoy the book! Thank you for sharing!

I have never read Chicken Soup for the Soul, but the format appeals to me. I am a little worried about it getting preachy, the example in the review sounded ok. I have real sympathy with the author with regards to punctuation, it is something I personally struggle with. Nothing a good editor can't fix, hopefully
