This sounds like feel-good type of book. Just what I need when I'm feeling stressed or depressed. Thank you for the great review. Congratulations to the author on being chosen BOTD.

Sad that there's a lack of editing. However, love that it has wisdom in it. Nice review.

The title of the book says it all-- that if something has put you down today, you can still smile and find something positive out it. There are several such inspiring lessons in the book. Thanks for the insightful review.

The book is a book to read, a bummer there are many editorial errors  . The author did a good job though and for that, I say congrats.

I normally don't like inspirational stories because I find most of them to have an extremely simplistic way of portraying the world. At the same time, I recognize that the chicken soup series sold very well, so if this book has that method then I can see it selling well, too.

Sounds like a nice little book to keep for a rainy day when you don't feel like "adulting".

I don't read self-help literature, so I won't be reading this book, but I am sure it will be useful to people who needs it.

when I read that it was a form of a self-help book I was a little surprised to find that the mention of short stories made me think of the chicken soup for the soul books - which I somewhat liked growing up. I find that I might like this better as the stories are from one author and not multiple. thank you for the review.

"If only someone would send a gentle breeze our way, instead of blowing too hard and extinguishing our flame--we might actually burn brighter, and be subjugated to darkness less."
Lessons taught with daily life illustrations how amazing! We all need a gentle breeze our way, especially after a hectic day at work. Too bad about the great amount of errors found. I'll wait until it gets edited first.

Short inspirational stories would make this a good coffee table book if it wasn't for so many errors. That could get frustrating. I'll pass on this one.

If I can judge from the highlighted stories, this book is one that can enjoy reading. As for run-on sentences, I know that on several occasions I have been a culprit.

Wow... I'm so much loving this piece of work probably because I'm a fan of self-help genre. I love books that generates a lot of inspiration and at once gives important lessons to it's readers. I've not really read this particular book but the reviewer did a very great work because I'm already convinced that this book will be an interesting read. Thanks to the reviewer.

A light read seems to be the order of the day when such day needs something for inspiration and a stress reliever for once. A book that offers this breather is always welcome!
