The book may need editing but I still find it very entertaining. Something Happened Today by Paul E. Kots gives us a glimpse to the adversities of our daily life that teaches us a lot of lessons and mould us for who we are. The author's stories give us a new perspective on how to turn events into a better day and to make life experiences meaningful and have a positive attitude even in stressful situations. Love to share this book.

The poor grammar would probably annoy me tremendously! It sounds like a good read though. Perhaps the wisdom is enlightening enough that one could overlook the errors.

I am not a great fan of this genre. However, the brevity of the book and the ability of the stories to drive the messages home will make me want to read the book. Too bad about the punctuation errors, they can be really distracting. Thanks for the honest review!

Nearly nothing beats a narrative that hands out invaluable lessons.Yet when you say "head spinning grammatical errors" features in this book, thats not a "theme" I am interested in. For this reason, I may just pass over this one.

I like the idea of bite-sized anecdotes to enjoy whenever you need a pick-me-up but are short on time. But the number of errors in this one worries me. I have a somewhat low tolerance for poorly edited books, and if this one made your head spin, I don't know if would do any better with it.

This book definitely seems like a great read for life advice. I like the analogy he made with the fire. It's true that we can burn brighter with a gentle breeze than a harsh blow. It's a shame that the punctuation errors lowered the rating. I'm sure once those are fixed this would make a superb read!
