Zeus Defied by Rez Khan

I'm drawn with the fact in the review that conclusion comes out of scientific facts too. This book seems to reveal the results of the advices which our society offers today. The review makes me think if they all want to help with advices or just to sell something no matter the consequences. I'm grateful for the review. "You are what you eat. You are what you think." The review itself already encourages me to be careful of my lifestyle, what I choose to eat etc. I wonder what the book would do!:) Thanks!

It seems interesting, and I will definitely suggest it to my fellows who need it. As I am Underweight my doctor will lose his mind if he saw me reading it. 😁😂. Congrats on BOTD 💐💐👍🏻👍🏻

It is interesting that the author starts with what is on your mind and not what is on your plate. His nine phases to eating healthy and forming good habits should be worth reading since it worked for him. I am sure he will have some "food for thought".

Thank you for your interesting review. Congratulations to the author on making BOTD. This sounds like a book that I could use. Like the author, I am constantly losing weight, and then when I go back to eating the way I did before, I gain it all back. Yo-yo dieting is what I call it. I totally believe that a lot of the problem is in my mind. I need to get my mind set right before I can be successful at weight-loss.

From what I have read so far, I like the author’s writing style and straightforward approach. Rather than a lose weight fast approach, the author explains his nine step program for healthy eating that will result in losing weight and healthier living. The steps are easy to understand, and the addition of diagrams throughout the book help to reinforce and clarify the points the author is making. The approach used in the book is something that occurs over time, which is important because it is slowly changing a person’s attitude about food and habits when it comes to healthy living and exercise. The positive quotes help encourage the reader towards making a constructive approach to their lifestyle choices.

I like the idea of making subtle changes to make healthy eating become a way of life. The author’s personal testimony is a strength of this book on nutrition and health.

This is definitely a book I will read. I have always struggled with weight loss even though I’m an active person and work out regularly. My issue is eating. I’m addicted to food and any help on my “thinking” will will greatly benefit me. Great review.

I like the fact that this book approaches weigh loss by changing the mindset first and foremost. I wonder if the nine steps you mentioned can be applied to other habits as well. I'll be checking this book out soon. Thanks for the helpful review.

This book sounds like it would be an invaluable source of practical help for those who are battling weight gain. I like the idea of the nine steps you mentioned and upon reading the sample found these to be very sensible tips. The title is a bit abstract; it's only upon reading the first chapter did it make sense. Great review, thanks!

I'm sure this book will prove to be resourceful to everyone. The author seems to use the understanding of chemical approach in food that damages people's health, and interestingly he doesn't stop there. Read more to find out what this author has to say! Thank you for your review!

I love that the author wrote a book addressing the effect of habit on behavior, eating in this case. I am in 100% agreement with this philosophy, even if I still work on the mindset myself. Thanks for your review!
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Though I don't need a weight management book at the moment, I'm sure it'll be useful to stay healthy. So I'm going to give this book a try. I'm sure it'll be invaluable to everyone. Not only those who are overweight but it'll be important to others as well, if not to lose weight, at least to stay healthy.
