It was impossible to guess from the title that this book is about nutrition and weight loss. The author seems to have shared a strategy that will guide the readers towards weight loss through a change of mental attitude towards food. Thanks for the review.

Everybody should have this book for further reference since weight loss is an issue we all have thought of and should care about. I hope the reading flow is as smooth and steady as the review states. Thanks to Khan and congratulations.

A self help book that guides us towards shedding off the unwanted weight and in that I liked the approach in the sentence that our diet and unhealthy lifestyles are based on habits and mental attitudes toward food , when both of them work in tandem it makes the situation worse and we may not control weight. Nice job done by author Rez Khan sharing his own experiences while on the program of losing weight.

This is a very nice book that contains solid facts on nutrition, weight loss, and how our food supply is corrupted with processed chemicals. The title got me. Sounds like an action title. It's a good read though.

This sounds to me pretty similar to all of the other diet books. Techniques and food recommendations without any really comprehensive tools to get to the point where you want to use the tools and techniques. Thank goodness Geneen Roth is out there with real tools for healing what's underlying the weight problems.

The book sounds like the author lost weight, got happy, and wanted to share how he did it while making money. It is a too common approach to weight loss and having a healthy mind and body.

Fortunately, thanks to my body type, I never had the need to be obsessed with weight loss problem. But considering that it becomes international issue I think current book will be helpful and interesting to many.

Oh! From the review, I would like to read the novel because I need more tips on nutrition and weight loss. Science topics are very intriguing for me.

I think this book will not only help those who need weight management, but also those who do not. We are what we eat and also what we think, I so much love this. Thanks for the thorough review.

This sounds like a book for those looking to make a drastic change in regards to their diet. I like there is a step by step approach to eliminate potentially harmful foods. I just hope there is a body positivity to this approach. When we are constantly thinking about the negative aspects, we often stay in that state of mind. Congrats on the book of the day! Great review!

"You are what you eat," and "You are what you think." Mr. Khan details his struggles with food addiction, and while some of it has to do with the ingredients of the meal contributing to overeating, he also wants his audience to realize that our diet and unhealthy lifestyles are based on habits and mental attitudes toward food. When these two forces work in tandem, it makes it difficult to get rid of unwanted fat and maintain healthy body weight.
Zeus Defied by Rez Khan is a story for the maintenance of our eating habits and lifestyles. In fact it is better to correct our eating habits and our lifestyles for maintenance of balance in our life becuase our good health depends upon balanced diet and lifestyles.

I think it’s really smart to approach weight loss from a mental and not a physical standpoint. While it’s true that having a solid understanding of nutrition is crucial to succeed at shedding pounds, having your mind in the right place to do so is fundamental.

Is this the ideal weight-loss guide for me? Now that I have the book, I'm sure to find out. The reviewer is impressed by the nine steps. Comparing what's on your mind to what's on your plate will be interesting.
