It was a riveting read indeed; I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I did if you decide to pick it up. Thanks for stopping by!JHuschle519 wrote: ↑23 Oct 2018, 01:48 Thank you for the well written review. I love that the story is told from the point of view of a woman who "wasn't supposed to be heard." Even without reading the book that tells me that she is most likely a very well written and strong character. This seems like it will be a very interesting read. Thanks again.

Me neither, I will have to check it out, never can tell when trivia can be a lifesaver or win a grand prize.Debjani Ghosh wrote: ↑21 Oct 2018, 02:59You have done a great job with your review. Honestly, I have no idea about the Siege of Jerusalem but I am willing to check out this vibrant read and get myself acquainted with this topic.Furthermore, the threads of the plot are woven together seamlessly, which makes for an intriguing and engaging read.

These days I find myself doing a lot more of these heavy reads and some intense historical based books (fiction and non-fiction) and I really can't complain as I have found most of them quite insightful with relatable and relevant themes.
I am already intrigued by this story and will sure give it a try.
