You mentioned that this was self-published and barely had errors, and I find that impressive. Reading the sample, I could attest that it was well structure, but Self-Help books just aren't for me so I'll pass on this.

I appreciate the author's intention to be of assistance to others and help them to understand the benefits of spiritual unfoldment. However, I became rather skeptical when he started referring to his visions and I couldn't help myself smiling at some exaggerated pretensions such as "elevating mankind out of the frequencies of disharmony." I aspire to reach inner freedom too, but I don't think this is the book of me. Thanks for a very interesting review, though.

Thanks for the review. I am not a very spiritual person and do not enjoy reading nonfiction so will pass reading this book.

I love how the book has a personal touch in the first few chapters I guess this gives it an edge. Thanks for the review I just feel it was too long.

The theme of this book is spirituality, and its attainment and the author of this book talks about his spiritual journey. And he discusses personal transformation and enlightenment.

I am more spiritual than religious and find this book intriguing. Spirituality means something different for everyone and I love how this author walks you through his life and what spirituality means to him. Congrats on the book of the day! Great review!

So far I have only been able to read the sample of The Unbound Soul but am really looking forward to reading the rest. I myself have struggled with the meaning of religions. I grew up Catholic, became a Bhuddist in my early 20s and am now an Episcopalian for the last 16 years, hence wanting to finish this book

This sounds like a very unique book in both the self-help and spirituality domains. It’s rare to hear a book that is based off of serious topics approaching the text with humour and it is good to see that it preaches a more broad definition of spirituality. Even though this one isn’t my cup of tea in the book department, it seems like it would be right up the alley of many a reader.

The review was very thorough, but I disagree with it. While I did not find his views on the world offensive, I found his methods to be questionable, particularly as he would caution against things like hallucinogenic drugs, then used them in the next paragraph saying to only use them if you found a "strong calling". Quite frankly, the author sounded crazy.

Very honest and enlightening book that starts off by mentioning that the book was written to help realise oneself better and to have a wider perspective in life considering which ideas and directions one may choose amongst many other new revelations shared by the author's life, of whom the book is chiefly written about like an autobiography, starting from a young age when he was a boy and given a bible to read to having visions of who he thought was Christ at the moment when he was told that he had to help the world by conveying the right version of the teachings and experiences of enlightenment.

Of course the story reflects the life of the author as a boy, a teen and an adult going through various practices and experiences sharing his views in the process, for example, how he evolves from helping out in the farm, to having an interest in martial arts, to his challenges in academics as he wasn't a very good reader, how he became a reader with the help of a friend during which time he mostly played video games, to how he chose psychiatry in college as a method of completing his visions' purpose but after which felt that he needed to take a job within the social and economic background and in the process what he learnt from life and much more.

Very inspiring book sample to say the least and I shall look forward to reading the rest of it in the near future.

a detailed review! It's a really inspirational read, I love it when books are well-structured and it seems like this book is exactly it.Things that make you go wow... I'm interested to see what's in the book that is worth a ponder. I like reading about others' spiritual view points and there insight. and this gives an opportunity to either agree or disagree with them, it just interests me how people think. Each to their own, cant wait to grab a copy
