The Invention of Hugo Cabret

Post by TimeKeeperApprentice »

This is so far the best book I've ever read. The drawings that Brain Selznick made are amazing and add lots of pizzazz to the story. It makes you feel that you want to live in 1930s France. It also has a great plot and awesome characters. P.S I couldn't take my eyes off this book it took me 3 hours to finish it. My favorite drawing is on page 366-367.

That book is so cool. I got so absorbed in it that I missed an appointment!

Hahaha! I got mad when I started to ache from the book's position right in front of my face while laying down because I didn't want to stop reading! It weighs about a pound!!!

So true! One day when I'm an author I'll make a great book like this one.
