The title alone was so captivating but when you read it, you'll surely get a new point of view and really have an idea on how to start something like it.

The title definitely grabbed my attention, although nutrition and weight loss information are the last things I thought I'd find inside. It sounds like the author has a well-organized, honest approach to weight loss that they put into practice in their own life. Reading that the author also struggled and overcame weight issues makes me more inclined to check out the book. Thanks for a thorough review.

I like the approach of this book. Too many diet books tell you the same thing and in some cases, make it seem like it is always your fault. I am glad that their is finally a diet book that says otherwise and has achieve able goals for the reader.

I don’t normally read books about losing weight or being healthy, but this book actually changed my mind about them. The information packed in it was amazing and eye opening.

I believe that it is easy for anyone to start thinking about their ideal weight and this book should be glad that many people believe that it will then on their journey to a healthy life style.

Great book for getting the right diet to be physically fit. I like the fact that the writer uses his own personal experiences, and struggles with food addiction to help people going through the same. Good review.

I like the idea of making change, especially weight change, from the inside out. Thank you for your review. I'm looking forward reading this book firsthand.
I enjoyed the simplicity of this approach because it takes into account that most of us have good intentions at the onset of a change, but then a few weeks into our transformation, we find ourselves falling back into the same routine that we were so frustrated with that prompted us into action.
I'd like to read about the mindset that allowed the author to remove himself from the vicious cycle.

I am grateful for this author as this is a very insightful book, he has been able to passionately express his thoughts and also proffer a solution to people with similar struggles. Society and some of these weight loss programs are sometimes quick to judge what is on your plate completely disregarding the fact that mental attitudes and individual relationships with food is a serious issue and therefore should be tackled first.

From this review I can already tell that the author was precise and deliberate with his choice of words, his experience is evident in the book. I love the fact that even the title of the book acknowledges the process of weight loss as having a mind of its own.

This is a book for everyone I would say, not just those with similar concerns but also for those who would want to cultivate the habit of discipline all round.

Just from the review I could see it would be an interesting read, in that Rez Khan was able to convey the relationship between the food we eat and our thought processes employing a metaphoric item.

A proven weight loss method based on a scientific approach and this method could bring a positive result if one follows it according to the method described by the author.

I love the author's point of view which is: "You are what you eat" and "You are what you think". Meaning the reader is the main factor which makes it more practical for dieting if you want to lose weight. Great review!

I like this 9 step plan, and think it's a sensible solution to all the fancy diet plans and such nowadays. I think I will give this book a shot.

I found this book to be professionally edited without any errors to note. It would most likely appeal to those who find themselves looking to revamp their nutritional intake and exercise regime in a way that moves at a slow pace. The information in this is useful, so even those who are living robustly might find some advice to incorporate into what they are already doing.

Useful book for those interested in losing weight! Got my copy months ago. Glad the book is well-edited. 😀

Me neither, I don't need a weight loss book but this one sounds like it may be a good one to recommend. I agree with the whole mind- body approach to weight loss. And any program that is as far away as possible from quick fixes and fads can only be better!
