Nice review. This definitely sounds like a book that people interested in business might like to give a read. Seems like positive, sound advice for everyone from leaders to those climbing the ladder. Thanks so much for sharing.

As a business owner, I think book will be very useful for me. Although it has a few errors, I don't think that will detract me from enjoying the book. Thanks for the sincere review.

When I read the sample, the religious references would have been enough to turn me off of this book. Your review seems to say that these are brief, which has given me pause to reconsider. I may take a look after all.

This book sounds like it may offer some good advice for those endeavoring to succeed in business. However, due to many readers who tend to judge a book by its cover and/or title, I don't think the author makes a wise choice with this title. I understand that he explains it, but how many potential readers will just see the cover/title and pass it on by without attempting to read the explanation? Maybe if he added a subtitle that lets people know the main title was not what it sounds like? Just my thoughts. BTW, nice review!

As far as adjectives to describe leadership, I like “disruptive” far more than “violent.” But it definitely grabs the reader’s attention! Leadership is definitely an interesting subject, but I’m not currently in the market. Thanks for the good review though!

Between my sample and your review, I'm still not sure I get it. Some of the things I read seem to suggest that the author encourages an over-confident tactic with no regard for interpersonal respect, while other lines made it seem as though they author grew out of a bigoted environment and found a different way to take the business bull by the horns. Thankfully, I'm not the target audience, so I don't really have to worry about it. But, I'm happy you enjoyed it!

The title of the Book is thought-provoking. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the title was Hitler kind of leadership. However, the book focuses mostly on success and failure, The author's life experience as a business man. Simplified review!

Thank you for the review. As you mentioned at the start, the first thing that came to mind regarding the term "violent leadership" was something related to the use of violence. Unfortunately, while this reading around the most passionate, innovative, and disruptive type of leader sounds fascinating, I am afraid that the topic is not of my particular interest.

This kind of leadership describes a very active and sure way to accomplish goals and acquire success. I think some of the qualities can be used in any leadership role. The thermostat or the thermometer comparison is a good example of evaluating leadership.

This book doesn’t fall within my sphere of interest, but the use of the term “violent” leadership is certainly provocative. Great review!

Thanks for the review !
Another greatly useful book for those who are misguided or heading to achieve success, not only helping them to start in the right way, but also impulsively!
It is for sure in my list. :)

A self-help book in which the author shares real-life experiences to teach people how to be forceful leaders in order be successful sounds like a useful read for many people. Learning from mistakes is something that I'm always trying to improve on, so it's nice that the author explores and tries to teach this to others. I'm not sure how much I like the term, "violent leader", but I do like the concept of it. Too bad about the minor errors, but I'm glad that you found the information beneficial for those in the business world. I can see referencing Jesus and Christianity may be off-putting to some, but it's good to know that you don't have to be a Christian in order to read this. I'm glad you enjoyed this read! Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
