I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I did! I agree that drivers are definitely stereotyped, so his book is enlightening on that issue. Thanks for stopping by!T_stone wrote: ↑30 Jan 2019, 03:17 I guess it's only normal for Blue to be emotional in his story, at some point. Drivers in this part of world are often stereotyped. I also thinks it's smart of him to talk about the minimum wage and other topics. I'd like to read this one to see Blue's expressed views. Thanks for a brilliant review.

I liked this point of yours. Thank you for your insightful review! It would be better for a piece of writing to possess aplomb and impartiality, instead of being emotional, which clouds judgement.

I totally agree; Blue is very obviously experienced at his job. Thanks for stopping by! (:Cotwani wrote: ↑01 Feb 2019, 12:00 Humans are very unpredictable, so I'm sure Blue has a wealth of intriguing experiences from interacting with diverse characters - venting included. All the same, I think its good to also try feelthe other person sometimes. Sounds like a fun read all the same. Great review!

It was an enlightening read! I wouldn't say he is prejudiced, but it's difficult not to be annoyed, since when one encounters such a wide range of people, both good and not so good. Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment!nooregano wrote: ↑05 Feb 2019, 23:25 It's fascinating to me that the author is so interested in people and their different lives but is still prejudiced in his writing about them. Somehow, I believed on an unconscious level that those things were mutually exclusive. I wonder how that kind of perspective would come about!
Nonetheless, this sounds like a great book, and this review was full of insight. Thanks for writing it!
