I love the book. It tackles what we encounter in our daily life. In life we need those who will encourage us. And not everyone you meet in life will have the spirit of gentility.

This book sounds very inspirational. Something that will make you think about the greatness around us. I like that it is a fast read but something that will leave you uplifted. It’s sweet that this is written for his daughter. I will put this in my list to read.

We all need a little encouragement in life, once and again and I'm glad this book offers some uplifting stories that can be read even when you have little time. I find very valuable that these are personal experiences, they're often easier to relate than abstract concepts, at least for me.

Reading your review makes me want to download this book. I was particularly tempted when you mentioned it was written by a teacher and that it appeared to be professionally edited. As an English teacher, I have a hard time enjoying a book, no matter how engrossing it is, if grammar errors keep distracting me.

I downloaded the free sample on Amazon but I was very disappointed to know that the free sample actually does not include any of the actual reading part of the book. I was looking forward to atleast reading the sample of the book.

Am intrigued by Something Happened Today: A Collection of the Unexpected by Paul E. Kotz which was inspired by Kotz’s desire to leave something inspiring for his daughters to read the fact that it's based on a real story. I will try it out. Great review!
