Good to know, this novel is set a small town. It is edited properly, and there is no grammar mistake. This captivating novel can entertain readers who enjoy small town stories and mystery novels. I also want to read this book. Thanks for the review.

As someone who grew up in a small town, I'm oddly not always that eager to read a book based in a small town. I suppose it comes from not liking my hometown. However, I do feel like I could relate a lot with Harley and her "nerd of the town" persona, and I always love a good mystery. Humor is also a plus in fiction, so I might give this book a try. Thank you for the helpful review.

The more places you'll go.

The premise of the novel set in a far away town with its plethora of unique characters sounds fascinating. As a fan of thrillers, this book is right up my alley. Thanks for the review!

Each book has its own stories. This is one of those that lets you forget about time without knowing you reached the end. It's definitely going to my reading list.

I would have picked the book up if I saw it in the bookstore, but I wouldn't expect it to be a mystery. The review is definitely a thumbs up, two thumbs up. It's entertaining as the book itself.

The story of Harley sounds quite interesting. I like that the author serves some humor to go with it.

The mist rises over Notchey Creek

Brilliant review! Although I think you may have given too much away about the beginning, I think you did an amazing job and I agreed with every word. :techie-reference: :D

After reading your review I'm excited to read this one. I agree with you on the title, and I also find the cover off-putting, both of them seem to imply some kind of romance novel to me, which I usually steer clear of. Thank you for a wonderful review :)

Well, I will say it looks like a very good book. I will also support your point that the title and book cover are not catchy.

This book seems like a really good read and Liz has proven to be an excellent writer since this is her first novel. I wonder how the storyline would play out with all the murders and all. Congrats to the author for winning BOTD.

I really enjoyed the review. Harley must be a good character in the book for her to have been attributed with all those doting attributes. I am curious about her whole personality and would love to satiate my curiousness by picking the book and read. Thanks for the great review.

This sounds like an enjoyable read as there is sustained suspense, the element of surprise and humor in addition to complex characterization.
