Yet, I initially thought the wording of the title possibly suggests a personal experience of battling cancer. And a joyful conclusion to personal illness.
You asked wether we think it could give faulse hope to seriously ill cancer patients. My thought is, in desperation all of us would cling to faulse hope, no matter how it seems to outsiders. The title could give, possibly, terminally ill people faulse ideas, yet a subtitle or blurb could change them.
