What an excellent review. I liked the way you compared it to our history. The more things change, the more they stay the same, huh? I read the sample, and I too got confused with the many planets and characters. Thanks again for the review! :tiphat:

Sounds interesting as well as complex. I'm curious about this book. It contains certain heavy themes for a sci-fi. But, I'll read it anyway and thanks for the review.

The book seems to be very interesting and exciting full of events most of which we can associate with the today's situation occcurring in the world. It arises lots of urgent issues and the most important for me is weaponizing children for war. Besides the presence of people with genetic mutations who change genders every few weeks piqued my interest. Thanks for making it free and congratulations on becoming BOTD!

The mighty nation of Opal being wiped out by Tabira should be intriguing to follow, as there are many science themes that are adequately fixed to keep lovers of fantasy engaged throughout the work. Some of the characters were difficult for me to comprehend, as discussed by the reviewer.

Apex Five sounds like a complex and intriguing SciFi. The plot should be a delight to SciFi fans who will find the story relatable to current or previous occurences. Great review.

This is engaging from what I can tell and aside a few errors found, it will be interesting to see where the author takes it to in the end. I like that it is out of this world so to say. Great review.

This is a very complex sci-fi novel. With the five lands and all of the strange people, it was hard for me to keep it all straight. But it sounds like a rich story once you get into it. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent and helpful review.

Thanks for the interesting review of this book. Being an avid reader of science fiction novels, this book sounds really appealing to me and I'm looking forward to reading it. I do have to admit that the info dump of the first few chapters is a bit of a downer because I don't like stuff like that. For me, it's always too much too fast and then I'm left trying to remember what's important to the overall relevance of the story. I'm still looking forward to this book, so hopefully, I can get through that to enjoy the rest.

Based on the review I am not sure if this book is something that I would enjoy. I like reading the sci-fi/fantasy genre. I don't think that I would like politics and war as a main part of the book. I don't have an interest in the story so I will pass on reading this book.
