To travel back in time is frightening, what more if you are in the Nazi, now that is horrifying! You did a neat review of the book which makes me very curious about the story.

What's really good about this book is that it gets you caught up on what happened in the previous book and does so flawlessly. Many books fail to do so and that's why reading part 2 in the series often turns out to be a gamble. Great review!

Thanks for another insightful review! I like historical novels because I always learn something, and this one looks intriguing. However, I'm not sure I want to read another book with a Nazi Germany theme. One aspect of being in two book clubs is having too many WWII-themed selections over the years.

There definitely have been quite a few I've seen just in the time I've been here. This one is emotional, as you would expect from the era. However, it's not centered around the internment camps like so many others. There are other historical events (and people) from that time period.
