This isn't the type of story I usually read, but I'm intrigued enough by the secrets of the blocks that I'll give it a try. Great review!

Although science fiction is not my favorite genre, according to what is shown in the review Blocks tells a fascinating story where several people try to solve the mystery of the great monoliths that have been placed in various places on the surface of the Earth.

What an awesome review! Thank you - this was helpful! Sci-fi is not my preferred genre, but after your glowing review, I'm happy to say I now own a copy of today's BOTD. Woohoo! Plus, what kind of reader would I be if I didn't support a fellow Tara?! Heehe! I can't wait to get to know the characters and get lost in the vivid details of the setting! Thanks, again!

Tara Basi does it again! She pens a suspenseful, well written, futuristic tome with great character development. Described as 'unputdownable' and lauded with more accolades, this book just made it to the top of my tbr list.

A good science fiction book about two young boys trying to survive in a verdant Earth. Although it has a cliffhanger ending, the characterization in this book couple with your review has piqued my interest in this one. Thanks for the well-written summary.

This review reminds me of a book series by Hugh Howey call Silo. Post-apocalyptic series are very popular now and Blocks seems like a good edition to the genre. Thanks for the review! Will definitely add to my "To-Read" shelf.

I agree with the official review that this book is well written and the story's premise is fascinating. The characters are well written as is the story line. The author has created an alternate reality that is full of danger and suspense. I look forward to reading more of this book.

I love a book that hits the ground running and for me, that is what caught my attention the most in your review. I do enjoy books that lay the groundwork and build up but ones that throw you in the deep end and say strap in are extremely enjoyable. I think that this futuristic novel is going to be a big hit with me and I look forward to reading it.

I don't normally read futuristic storys but this sounds different. I like the unusual character names. Nice review.
