It fascinates me how we all perceive what the author says differently, my favourite book could be a book that someone else did not like reading much. I feel like I did not like the level of detail in this book even though I tried to read a few chapters. I guess it was too dark for me but I'm glad so many people enjoyed reading it. Have a nice day everybody!

This one sounds like it has everything: fun, relatable characters, skillful world building, great imagery, good writing. It's not my genre, but if it was I'd be all over it. Thank you for the introduction to this book.

From the sample I read the book resembles the series The Maze Runner. For me, these books make me grateful that we don’t live in a world like that. The sample definitely made me want to finish the book and your review seals the deal that it would definitely be worth it!

This one is right up my alley. I love sci-fi, especially dystopian and post-apocalyptic. This seems to solidly fit both. I pretty much knew I was going to read this one as soon as I saw the author. I've read other books by Tara Basi and already know that I love her work. Great review!

Sounds like an intense, exciting read that will keep readers on the edge of their seats. I love how you mentioned it was one of those "unputdownable" type books. Sounds good to me. I'll have to check it out.

Sounds like a fun read. I love the idea of the titular blocks and the potential for adventure therein. The terminology demonstrates an authoritative writing style and I can't wait to read this book. Great review.

This book sounds interesting. I would read it to find out what happens to the two boys at the beginning and the crew of the ship. I like how the reviewer described the book.

I could feel your awe of this book from reading your review. It seems that the author deserves the perfect rating as all aspects were superb. Post-apocalypse books are tricky and I'm glad this one delivers its full potential as one. Thanks for your enlightening review!

The plot seems very interesting that I can no longer wait to read it. And as the review says that the author has created immersive sceneries, I too wanted to feel that. Characters seem interesting as well. Congrats on BOTD!

Hey, MsTri! I know that you are picky in choosing the books you read, so seeing that you rated this book a perfect 4 is the ultimate recommendation. You got me!

I would like to know how these characters will surmount the many woes that surround them. My heart goes out to these kids on the block.
