This book sounds like a escape and adventure. I am unfamiliar with the series. However from what I have read this far it's a must read.

Vincent Bobbe brings the reader right into the story as fully described fantasy characters engage in tag team with humans to destroy that common enemy amid extreme violence and carnage. " Not recommended for the violence-averse." Authentic review. Congrats on BOTD.

Thank you for sharing your awesome review with us. I too found myself in the midst of a page turner. The author spared no detail and etched the images into my mind with every easy flowing word. I saw the deep hole in the road and felt the cold of the heavy rain pouring down and then...those sharp teeth coming down for Sam’s neck.

This mention of elves, fairies, and the likes in the book has piqued my interest. There are quite a number of great fantasy novels I've read that have set the bar high, and I hope this one lives up to expectations. Nice review.

I want to thank you already and I haven't even read the book yet. The book is on my 'to read' shelf, but due to its size I was going to wait a while before starting it; now I can't wait to dive into this epic read. Thank you also for such a wonderfully detailed review, it was a delight to read :)

This book sounds like a really good fantasy adventure book, with one character being reborn to defeat another. The world seems well built and the story well written. I'll give this one a chance.

I am not into fantasy novels normally, but this one seems to be impeccably written and should be a fun read. Thank you for the review!

Wow, the way you began the review, I had to read it whole. It seems like a very interesting book. Sadly I haven't read it even though it was 2018 book of the year, but I will! Starting... Now
But the path I’ve chosen has always been the right one, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. :)

Thanks for the review and the warning as well. It definitely helped me a lot to decide if I would like to read this book. I do not enjoy content with lot of blood shed or death. Zombies and vampires too do not facinate me so I will pass reading this book.

Thanks for the wonderful review. This book is definitely worth reading. I love fantasy novels - like to read about their new worlds and different creatures. It sounds like this book is happening in our world, an aspect of the book I look forward to to discover.

This book has been on my reading list for quite some time, and due to your review, I'm so excited to dive into it! It sounds like a very promising story, and I'm a sucker for any book that leaves you a little empty when you've turned the last page!
