The path of achieving one's dreams is generally difficult, but I think aspiring musicians and artists have it rougher. Most people think that it's not a profitable job and should only stay as a hobby. This coming-of-age story of an aspiring trombonist will no doubt be a roller coaster ride of emotions. I am looking forward to reading this.

It is always interesting to take a look at other peoples lives, to learn from their experiences, to see different sides of everyday life and gather knowledge about spheres and biographies. Memoirs are great and since this one's story develops around music is very good indeed.

This book tells us about talent, dedication and focus.. Joey as a character in this story was strongly bent to achieve his goal despite his father not supporting him financially
I think the book is very interesting and I rate it 5 over 5

Wow, this review made me want to read this book and, quite honestly, this sort of thing isn't normally the cup of tea I'd choose for the evening. I will have to give this a try.

This is a very good and helpful review. Just the kind of story I need now, a journey, a struggle and the focus to overcome. I believe there will be a good number of take outs. A big congrats to the author on #BOTD

This is an emotional story of a boy who wanted to be a professional trombonist. He had no support from his parents, but he didn't give up his dream. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent review.

wow! the protagonist, joey exhibited pure determination. I'm glad joey made it. The book sounds so intriguing and motivating too, it's definitely a book to read. And thanks for the awesome review!

The story of a young boy whose father didn't want him to be a musician as it is against his will. This seems hurtful tjough; glad he was saved by his music. Thanks for this brilliant review

This is a great review! I love the way that Joey uses music to help him understand/cope with life. I feel like this is authentic and relatable to a lot of people! I read the sample and can’t wait to finish the book.
