I like that the book was well written and that the characters were well developed. It seems like it would be difficult for Uri and Lara, newly married and working together, to fight terrorists. Their dangerous and difficult job would cover many countries and many entities to get to the root of the operation.

This sounds like a really interesting read, especially since if it's so enjoyable, going back to read the previous books will only make it all the more richer.

How nice that the characters were written realistically and not stereotypically. That is always a sticking point for me. A great review of a well-executed historical political thriller.

The title of the book threw me off at first. However when I delved in I was to realize it was a thriller which connected us with real events happening in our world and the heroes behind the scenes. The review was well wriitten and captured the pace of the storyline and the main characters of the book. This review would have made anyone curious to know how the story ends.

A suspenseful story with a well-written plot. The theme of terrorism adds a real time feel to it. The romantically involved, well-rounded characters are an added bonus. Thanks for the review!

Not at all what I expected from a book titled "The Date Farm." The sample captivated me, and I'm not even usually into the action/mystery/adventure type of book! I loved Uri and Lora's easy interaction with each other and was constantly worried that they were going to get injured somehow. I can't wait to see how it all turns out! Your review, as always, was engaging and thorough.

I like that the main characters doesn't feel any need to prove anything to anyone; they simply did their job. Great review!

The story is dinamic and has a briskly start that may make you devour the next pages. Thats is not an easy task to acomplish. The transition between scenes is natural. Winnick dares to build a painful narrative that spins around a controversial subject that tattooed the story of the United States: terrorism. The balance between the story telling and the use of accurated vocabulary makes you feel that your times is getting well spended.

Excellent review! I was not interested at first in reading this book, but after reading your review I definitely will give it a read. I particularly like when authors can intertwine character's lives/places, so seeing that was a pleasant surprise. Your "never a dull moment" has my interest. I tend to find myself getting bored during parts of stories, so I'm optimistic this will not be the case with The Date Farm.

It is good to know that the book is professionally edited and that it can be read as a standalone as well. I am glad that you enjoyed reading the book so much. Congrats to the author on the 4/4 rating.

While the initial location for the terror attack sounds a bit goofy to me, I do appreciate the novel being written in a way that allows it to stand alone. I do enjoy thrillers, but I also prefer starting a series from the very beginning. I will put this one on the back burner for the time being.

Thank you for writing your review!
