This time, the book does not sound like one I’ll be reading. Mainly because of the gory vibe I am understanding from the review. Thanks for the review!

I must admit that the premise is interesting, and I've read many books about aspects of church and racism, but the first chapter of the book which describes Kimberly going to her father's is so convoluted. You can see and feel the atmosphere of the world her half-brother and sister are living in. They grew up not even thinking about murdering someone. That is why, despite the review which says the book does not focus on Kimberly's life and thoughts, I will not read this book.

The concept of a "new race" to socialise the political and social agenda of racism in our day and age.

Racism has actually been the reason for many peoples' downfall. I'm glad this novel addresses it as one of it's main theme. Thanks for the review

I like the paradigm shift the author presents in this book. Racism is a very sensitive issue, and the author did a good job dealing with it in a contemporary way, along with other present day social and political matters.

This genre is not normally one I gravitate towards so I will pass on this book. But the author weaves a very thought-provoking story. Thank you for your review!

The writer has helped in the war against racism by connecting different races and religions and highlights the hardships many people face in these situations. This sounds like a very interesting concept, and I am glad the book can appeal to so many audiences. Congrats on BOTD!

Which new race are they planning to make and would there be any changes to racial discrimination because of this race!?
This are the kinds of questions that are actually running in my head right know. I don't think so, but the book sounds good. Nice review

It's a brave author who tackles hot button issues like racism and religion, but it sounds like this author has done it successfully. Great review!

Sounds like quite an interesting read. I like how the author explores both sides of the way racism is executed. I am intrigued by this new race that is being created and wonder how it will all pan out? Thanks for the wonderful review.

Mixed Blessings: JM Muse

Absolutely love this review that focuses on racism and how it brings about people's downfall in the society and the focus on racism and religion shows how people struggle through these situations. The author has done a good job on revealing how sensitive the issue of racism is in a contemporary soceity.
