Believe me, I understand that. Unfortunately for me, I love them too much to not read them. I just suffer later.

Personally, I think it was a little foolhardy on her part, but that's just me. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!Helene_2008 wrote: ↑20 Jul 2019, 20:30 I like the premise of this book! I'm not sure that I'd be daring enough to go alone to the building in the beginning as the chemist directed her to. Thanks for the review!

I'm way too cautious to do that as well. Thanks for reading my review and commenting!inaramid wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 08:27 I would never have gone into an abandoned building just like that! Props to the character for rushing headlong into something that's - as you pointed out - "potentially dangerous." It would have been awesome had Kat's character been explored more and developed more. But since it isn't - plus the unanswered questions at the end AND the editing errors - I'd give this one a pass. Thanks for sharing your candid thoughts on this one.

I did struggle with that decision, but, since it was more of a plot-driven story and that was well done, I decided to go with the 3 stars. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

I think you will enjoy it. Thanks for stopping by and reading my review!Miriam Molina wrote: ↑23 Jul 2019, 04:47 I wonder why the killer calls himself the Chemist. And why did he handpick Kat? I'm a certified crime buff, so I'm in! This, despite the lack of chemistry between Kat and Dante.
