Thank you for your review. I am interested in the myth-busting portions and the areas of the book about facts. I did not realize that both men and women can have the same weight lifting routines, but not achieve similar muscle growth. (It makes sense.) I was aware that weight lifting was a good accompaniment to cardio, but not that you burn more fat, even at rest, after weight training. The sample available on Amazon has me very interested in reading the rest of this one. Your review is insightful and thorough to the many good points of this book. :D :D :D

This is a book I am in need of. There are far too many myths and facts that bombard us everyday while we search for health and wellness. Kudos to the author for a well-researched book that will benefit so many readers. For this informative review I thank you, prospero360.

Good review, but unfortunately totally not my cup of tea. So I will have to pass this book, because it is non-fiction, which I avoid reading where ever I can, and because I have little to none interest in current book's subject matter.

When I first saw the title of the book, I didn't realize it would also include exercises to try. I thought it would be more focused on mindfulness and other mental wellness activities. I am much more interesting now that I know it is so well-rounded! Thanks for the review!

A book on health and fitness is what some of us need. Information is the beginning of something new, so yeah! looks like a nice read.
