Personally, I've been experimenting on various diets and fitness workouts for some years and I have discovered that the body requests for certain nutrients in a very surprising way, that responding to the request unproffessionally, many end up taking drugs which is not supposed to be the solution at times. I hope this Book can play a great role on health and fitness awareness to many people. Good review.

The Wellness Toolbox gives Don Roberts' practical advice for fitness and nutrition. This is not a quick fix self-help book, but a plan for your life. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent review.

I love the way the author combines both 27 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition coach with personal experience on fitness. I will love to pick up and read. Nice review!

This sounds like the author really knows what they are talking about. With so many different myths going on and fads happening, it's hard to tell what is fact and what is fiction. Congrats on a great review!

I enjoyed your in-depth review. I agree that the humorous illustrations and the personal anecdotes lighten what could be a dull read. I am motivated to get moving with an exercise program.

I don't often read health and fitness novels but this one caught my eye. There are so many myths out there and from your review, the author seems very knowledgable about the topic. I would love to see a few examples of myth's busted in your write-up. I see BMI and the SMART way to fitness but are there any other notable ones that you found interesting? Thanks for the review!

I have yet to read about a book that talks about the facts and fictions about nutrition. It reminds me of many shows and podcasts that have attempted to do this, but it has never been in book form. I like that the author included illustrations to make the reader laugh and further explain his point. I think that a book like this would come in handy for me because I am always confuse as to whether my weight is healthy for my body type and whether the vitamins that are take are helpful.

The author has many years of experience and has written what seems to be a very helpful book. Your review was great and I think I will be trying this bokk out.

This book is an inspiration to many who want to lead a healthier lifestyle. Learning what foods give the best nutrition and the ones that do not is very helpful. Along, with the thorough explanations of what exercises are best for the benefits that we want to achieve.
The review is great and it helped me to better understand the book as a whole, versus just reading a sample. Thank you.

This sounds like a well-researched, in-depth guide to fitness and diet that could benefit just about anyone. It's easy to fall for myths and misinformation when it comes to these subjects, after all, no matter how much you think you know. It's nice to know there's some humor sprinkled throughout the book as health-related topics can get quite dry with all the terminology and scientific facts. Thanks for the review!

I have to admit that I haven't read any fitness books but I am interested in health and fitness overall. My impression is that each generation does things differently and discovers that the things the previous generation did were wrong. I would be interested to read this book and see the author's opinion especially because you say that it is very thorough. Thank you for the review.

I'm allergic to exercise so I am lucky not to be obese. But luck can run out. The author says nobody is too old or too young to take up exercise. There's hope for me yet.

I love exercise and wellness, but I rarely want to read books on the subject because I enjoy practice more than theory 😉 that being said, this book sounds like it could be relatable and worth a gander! Thanks for the review!
