From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book on nutrition and other wellness tips combined with the author's own personal experiences. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

This book sounds like a no-nonsense kind of guide to better health through fitness and nutrition. The author has had a lot of experience and shares personal stories to help explain the myths vs facts on nutrition and fitness. I am curious about what myths people have and how the author will explain the truths. Nice review.

It was a great review, I enjoyed reading it.
As for the book, I gotta say, fortunately or unfortunately, I rarely read stuff like this.

It's good that the "facts" and "myths" are clearly explained. There are many outdated ideas about fitness and many of us are still following it. It's good that the author has shed light on what's happening recently in this field. Thanks for the review!

This is good that the book contains tips, info on nutrition, and personal stories. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has an interesting OnlineBookClub review

I will agree with you that there are lots of information in there, but some of them are not that healthy. However, this is a great book.

'Official Review: Wellness Toolbox by Don Roberts is meaningful and elaborate. It gives an idea of the author's life and mentions the element of humor included in the book. Nice to learn that the author's methods for health and fitness have been described in detail in the book!

Sometimes people think of "exercise" concept as only practical and no theroy about - of course there is, but it is a question not made frequently. Before doing excercise we must know first how to properly do it for better results, that is to know the theory: which muscles will be used, how to do a proper exercise without affecting the body, etc.
To know the theory is knowing how to properly exercise and better results. Truth is that there are a lot of information and could be hard to determine which will help or not.

The book's content shows Facts and Myths that most people create or are bad informed which is the basic theory of health. Readers now can understand to make a difference between what is a Myth and what is a Fact in the theory of exercise and health. Most narrative are the author's personal experiencies which may not be as useful for all the people since every body for each person is completely different. That does not mean that the reader may have an initial approach on the right step to know his or her body in order to start a healty life.

I'm glad to see that the author still gives the readers other references that can also help them. Also with your review, it sounds like he was thorough in researching everything that relates to fitness and nutrition. Thanks for this review!
