That sounds like an interesting dish! Something I love that none of my friends have heard of is Falooda. It's a cold drink made of milk and rose water or rose syrup, and it has sweet basil seeds and sweet noodles in it as well. My family likes to top it with vanilla or strawberry ice cream--it's really refreshing and delicious!

This reminds me of Syllabub or Mehalabiya which is like a rose custard with nuts on top. So good!E_Sethna wrote: ↑30 Jul 2019, 07:09That sounds like an interesting dish! I love Mehalabiya/Malabi and I also got reminded of it when I read about Falooda. I’m going to research Falooda right now!Cardui wrote: ↑13 Aug 2019, 20:24This reminds me of Syllabub or Mehalabiya which is like a rose custard with nuts on top.
