I absolutely love a coconut milk mint chocolate chip or cookies n creme. I like the texture of the smooth against the crunchiness of the add-ins.

Cookies & Cream and Strawberry! However, I prefer my strawberry ice cream without chunks of strawberry. It disrupts the experience for me because the ice cream should taste like a strawberry enough without having to put actual strawberries in it.

I used to like mango, chocolate but recently I found a new ice cream shop. Where they make a variety of flavors. Green chilly, coconut and lots of new flavors.

Belive it or not the one ice cream factory in our country just added a new flavor to their list and it is mint chocolate chip and it has become my new FAVORITE!!!

You are absolutly right mint chocolate chip is THE BEST ice cream.
