I'd love to read something different for a change. I think these stories written by a Certifed Somellier come up with something unique especially since they seem to cover a wide range of characters and situations. Thanks for a great review!

Okay, now I feel like checking out these champagnes. But, I have to be mindful of my checking account though. Great book from the master himself.

I really enjoyed how you’ve written your review using language associated with wine-tasting (fitting the running theme throughout the stories in this collection of short bottles - er, I mean tales!)

A collection of tales about sparkling wine. It seems like a worthwhile book. Thanks for the review.

The stories sound interesting, especially the fact that you say that they are so different from each other, and the thought of intertwining the technical aspects of wine with creative writing does sound like an intriguing idea. Still, I'm not much a wine person--an alcohol person overall--so I'm not sure if these stories are for me. I'll still give them a shot, though, since you never know. Thank you for the creative review.
