Having just completed my undergraduate degree, this book has really opened up my eyes to the real world. Through active participation that the author has included in the book, I was able to assemble a copy that I can use while preparing, looking for a job and attending interviews. Also, be ready to print a personal copy of this book as you just can't let the opportunity slip. Even better, buy a physical copy.

In summary, finding a job in tough times contains a summary of the people who would benefit best from the book, how to create resumes and set up goals, differentiating between goals and wishes and watching them come to pass, how to prepare oneself for a job interview, how to be able to get good referees for putting down, how to phrase applications for jobs in order to increase chances for being accepted, how to answer questions in an interview, just to mention a few.

The author, Dr. Tim Johnson, has written the book from experience as he struggled to get a job due to having an unfinished college degree. Eventually, after going through tough times of being let down due to having little skill sets, he was able to secure a job and even progress his studies. I believe that a book written from experience is best as it showcases similar experiences.

What I liked most about the book is that it was able to address everything that I expected as I have mentioned a few above. Also, the books seemed to have been professionally edited as I did not come across any typing error. The presentation and dividing of the book into chapters and sub-chapters was also a bonus for me as it was easier to go through. In addition, giving exercises to actively engage the reader was also in my favor as through them I created a list of things that I have done and the goals I am yet to achieve before searching for a job.

I did not dislike anything in the book as it was able to fulfill all my expectations. I would recommend the book to anyone preparing to get out of college and search for a job, anyone going for a job interview and even someone seeking for promotion or an opportunity to start their own company. The book has no erotic scenes so I would also recommend it for young and ambitious adults with a passion for the future.

In conclusion, I would rate this book four out of four stars. This is attributed to the content in the book being exceptional. I would not have given it three stars and below since it seems to have been professionally edited and published as I found no trace of mistakes.
