This sounds like an in-depth, emotional read. It's always nice to find a good book that can transport you to another life, through someone else's eyes. I'll give this book a go. Thanks for the review!

Fantasy is definitely my go to genre. I sampled some pages of the book and I was definitely interested in learning more about Piper’s life. Especially after the mysterious way the book begins with her birth. Great, honest review!

Hmm. The way you describe it, it does indeed sound forced. I'm not sure I would want to invest in this one. Thank you for your review.

Initially, I understood the story but when I got to chapter 2, my imagination strated loosing focus. I would also have preferred if the writer considered the cover. The graphics and picture there is somehow djinny. The picture would have been more appealing and not scary. All in all congrats on being the BOTD.

The sample of Prophase by Mitchel Street seems a very readable story. Chapter 1 The Beginning was dramatic but I didn't understand how it related to the next chapters. Thanks for the review.

It looks like a great book and we have two reviews to comment. Personally, I prefer the one that pointed to the significance of prophase and metaphase. I love it when science mingles with fantasy, and the proof is this story that I cannot wait to read. :shock2:

This appears to be an interesting story. Most fictional stories are usually enjoyable and for the details, I have gathered from your review I think I would love to try this. A mix of some supernatural powers and a mix of parallel worlds sounds fascinating. Thanks for an awesome review.

Thank you your review encouraged me to add this to my to read list. Though you said the other characters could have used some depth the book still seems engaging.

Honest review. Sounds like a promising read with lots of action elements and unexpected turns. Fine-tuning is always a good idea. Series development would be even a greater idea. Sci-fi story with a human touch and a female protagonist might be enjoyable.

This sounds like a book with a chosen one trope. I don't mind the plotline. Sorry, that some parts felt forced. The world-building in fantasy novels is very important. Great review.

It’s a turbulent world we live in indeed, and early maturation due to difficult life circumstances and loss irrevocably shapes some people for the rest of their days. I loved the cell cycle illustrations that were included in this story!
