A murder mystery with sprinkles of romance; it has enough spice to make an entertaining read. Thanks for sharing.

Good review. At first I thought this was something like a horror story because of the name but I think as a murder mystery it’s still a good story. Thanks

Thanks for the review! This sounds like an action-packed book. It does sound interesting, but I don't believe it would be for me at this time. I enjoy murder mysteries sometimes but I just don't feel in the mood for one now! I'm glad you enjoyed the book!

A murder mystery with twists and turns, great! I wonder why the cover looks like a middle-grade cover. However, the title is intriguing and I wonder if it is linked to the multiple POVs?

This book sounds like an interesting mystery. The twists and turns are always fun and keep a person guessing on the who-dun-it theme. Definitely going to try it!

Thanks for your review! I'm curious to see how the girl on the cover factors into the story; it looks like she is practicing karate. I wonder why Bailey is a target. I also want to figure out the mystery behind Bogie's brother's death.

I really enjoyed the portion that I read. It got me interested in the characters and their connections right away. I may have to purchase the full version of the book. I love suspense murder mysteries.

It's not surprising to mix romance in a C/M/T/H genre, but I hope the suspense and action are going to be worth the read.

The characters are all multi-textured and flawed, like real people. The sample was a bit overwhelming with the barrage of information about the main players, but the reviewer assures us that the next chapters will tidy things up. I'm eager to meet Isabella.

Interesting storyline, but not really my type of thing unfortunately. Still gonna read it though since it is so generously free for the day. Hope I will be able to change my mind and will enjoy this book very much. Well done with BOTD!

I loved the book and enjoyed reading each page. I was dragged into the story and struggled to put the book down, as I could not wait to see what would happen next. What I also enjoyed about the book was that you get different bits of the story from the different characters point of view so it was not all one sided and only from one person. The book was an emotional roller coaster of laughter and tears for me which made it a book I will not forget. I feel that lovers of all different genres will find this a great read. It is one of those books that as soon as you start you want to keep going to the end the, because the suspense in the story keeps you glued to the pages.
I find that this is very enriching when the author does it right. Especially in thrillers, getting different perspectives can be fascinating.
I love a good murder mystery that keeps me turning pages!
Thank you for your enthusiastic review!

I like suspenseful reads with multiple POV. This writing style really opens up the complexity of the plot. Sounds like a great book!
