This is a science fiction novel. The book is interesting in the sense such as robots having human emotions. The book also deals with the utility of war, human aggression, the emotions of fear, current politics and religious extremism.

Having read both the sample and your review, I completely agree that André’s Reboot is sci-fi fantasy that is injected with social and political references that are relevant to our current affairs. I felt that your review truly captured the essence of the novel sample, and agree with your enlightened viewpoint. An engaging read.

This story reminds me of 'I Robot". I have never read a book like this before.

We have definitely come a long way from R2-D2. Andre seems to be developing human characteristics while humans are becoming insensitive to the needs of others. I'm intrigued enough. I wonder if Andre can do my daily laundry and give me a weekly pedicure!

with the little pages read, and with this exciting review, it's worth being given the book of the day. I'll surely read it.

I like robot stories. Robots mimicking humans ... hmm, science fiction. I think the political base in "André's Reboot" by Steve Coleman is not so appealing though.

After reading the sample I found that your review convinced me even further that this BOTD would not be something I would enjoy. I am thankful that you highlighted major topics including how the author may have alienated himself by mocking our current president. I'm passing on this book
"Facts don't care about feelings." Ben Shapiro
"If you aren't paranoid, then it's already too late." Marilyn Manson

This sounds so interesting. I love that the robot recircuits after saving the children and becomes more self-aware. Since the book has multiple layers, I think it would be impossible to get bored. Great review! I'm looking forward to reading it.

Good review. Interesting that the robot becomes more self-aware. I also want to read on about the this robot. I do not how ever find that the author mocks the president. I will give it a try.

I will love to read this book. It has lifted my curiosity to experience the world of artificial intelligence. Sci-Fi with some social issues will be a great combination to read. Thanks for your review.

Robot's becoming sentient isn't really my thing, but I love political and social commentary so I might give this one a chance. Funny enough, the most appealing aspect of the book to me is the mocking of the president. Thanks for the review.
