:D Excellent sample of the book! Andre as a robot who secretly installed circuitry that could allow Margaret to “ operate” and reprogram Him is thought provoking to say the least. The fact that Andre made Margaret with free will also is thought provoking. Given the nuclear crisis in the Situation Room, this is going to be an exciting adventure!

A robot who evolves with deeper emotion and self-awareness which enables him to work in the national justice and political fields sounds quite hefty. I like that Coleman is candid about how a fairly big segment of people feel about the current POTUS. The fact that this book is dated might possibly be turned into a teaching tool for future generations. Thanks for the awesome review!

An android as a main character seemed intriguing and definitely futuristic. I like the colorful and nice cover which tells a lot about what to expect what the novel is about, at the least. Congrats!

I do agree with you that a bit more detachment is needed regarding the comparison to the real-life POTUS (even though my personal feelings are a different matter entirely), especially when it is a piece of published work. Thanks for the insightful review!

Not really my type of preferred reading material. I am way too old fashioned to be fascinated by biorobots and such technologies. I will skip this book, but would like to wish the author all best and congratulate with reaching BOTD!

The reviews and the plot both make it sound very intresting, specially how the satire has been used. I think I might add it to my TBR. Congratulations to the author and thank you for sharing a thorough and an honest review.

Andre is a household android who becomes self-aware after saving the family's children. I like the idea of a robot gaining human emotions. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. This was an excellent review. Thanks to the reviewer for bringing this book to my attention.

Sounds like quite a sophisticated novel with many different layers of meaning. I agree that taking swipes at Trump might mean that the book dates fairly quickly, but conversely, I suppose it means it's quite topical at the moment! Great review.

I like sci-fi stories more when AI becomes evil. On the other hand, it wouldn't fit for this one, I guess. Also, the fact that author didn't hide his head in the sand and chose to mock the current President of the US only increases my curiosity to check this book out.

A book about an a.i who becomes self aware and doesn't try to kill off the human race is a new one, he even goes on to become president (of all things). It sounds like a fun twist on a popular trope, I'm definitely intrigued. The fact that the book also makes fun of Trump is a really cool bonus.

In life, there many things that we do that makes us human and yes Andre's experiences are perfect example of it. I'm too picky when it comes to science fiction books but André's Reboot by Steve Coleman isn't a book that a reader can overlook easily. I will add it to my to read list because it seems interesting. Great review.

I love this book already, because this is what the world is tending toward (Artificial intelligence), and reading one that encompass our normal world with political sphere is one to admire. Nice review.
