Good review. I don’t think this one interest me just because of the rush in such a short book. Maybe their should be a series of the ferret and then each book can focus on one topic.

I personally think that ferrets are cute. And the story seems great potential but sadly the plot is hastily put together. I think this could be a start to children's book series featuring Chubby find Coco if the necessary changes are made.

A book about ferrets inspired by a true story sounds like a good read for children as well as for their parents. The book revolves around the friendship between a ferret and his new owner.

Thanks for the review - very helpful. I liked the idea of the photos, but couldn't tell much from the sample.

Though children love animal books, it doesn't look like this one is executed very well. I did not care for the writing or the illustrations or photos when I took a glance at the sample. I don't think it would interest many children either.

My great-grandson would love this book. Thanks for the great review. In the portion, I read I too noticed the story seemed to speed along without much elaboration. I hope the author takes your suggestion and revisits it!

Quite a good book. My children would love this. They always ask for a dog pet, maybe I should start thinking about a weasel. Nice review.

Chubby Wubbles by M. J. Abrams, is about a ferret named Chubby who wakes up one morning and noticed that Coco is gone. Chubby Wubbles is an overall good short story, for children who are learning how to read. There isn’t a lot going on, on the pages so it’s simple. I would definitely recommend this book to parents of young children, who are learning to read.

It does look cute. One doesn't usually find dual plotlines in a kids' book.

It is uncommon to find children's stories that feature ferrets as the pet of choice, so kudos to the author on that unique aspect.

I don't have any small children, nor do I have any grandchildren yet, so this book is not really for me at this stage of my life. However I enjoy seizing new books for children, especially in this digital age, and if it includes photographs which will draw their attention, then so much the better.I also did not know that you could keep a ferret for a pet, but apparently you can. The photos sound attractive and even if the storyline is not that great I am sure children will enjoy this book, and hopefully, be motivated to read further. Thank you for a descriptive review which was pleasant to read.

I like your review. The sample I could read is very short, explainable when the book itself has 24 pages. It was a good start, I probably would have expected what you suggested in the next pages. I believe it is a good idea to have a series on these funny characters, with so many possibilities to develop the action.
You say that the book is well-edited but Mark was written mark, with a small character on the very first page or so. Well, it is good that the rest was fine, it is a little disappointing though when one finds an error when one is just about to start reading.
Great review, thank you!
