This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. I am having lots of problems with my username and password which I don't seem to get right every time you require me to do so because it is a new account. As such, I am not able to verify my email address in order to be accepted as a book reviewer. Please help me get around the problem. I sincerely wish this process of joining the book review team was much simpler.

You already have a username. You can change your password via your UCP.
