Found a treasure by new author

Post by whiteys29 »

Hi,
I'm new to this forum but just am so excited to share with other book lovers a discovery that I made with the book I just finished reading.

The book is called Malicious Love by Maggie Snodgrass.

I have to tell you I'm a very picky reader and sometimes it takes me a while to get into a book that I'm reading but not the case with this one. I finished it in one day! I just couldn't put it down. For me that's rare and when I find such a gem I feel I must share with every human being on the planet :D

I may seem a little zealous but I do love to read but I just don't read anything that gets published.

Glad to be a part of this group and look forward to sharing more gems along the way.

The main story of Malicious Love is a woman wakes from an injury and can't remember anything and tries to figure out who she is and what happened. Along her rediscovering who she is, some strange memories come back to her which adds to the mystery of what happened to her. I don't want to give too much away because I truely can't give justice to the twists and turns this book takes. Once you think you have things figured out it, it takes you down another path.

Really a good book. Lots of twists, suspense, some romance (not overly done) and mystery.

Hope this helps.

Oooooo that sounds really good! I'm kind of a picky reader but not really. The reason I say that is because I never really read something unless someone recommends it to me but since most of the people in my family have read like, every good book on the planet, I get a lot of recommendations.
Sorry, I don't know if that made any since at all! :) :)

I understood what you meant

If you do read it post back and we'll have a book discussion. I love talking about books that I have read and like sharing with others what I think about the author, plot, story line and such.

Have a good read!

Always read with a smile! :D
p.s. If your looking for something else to read and talk about, try "The secrets of Rosa Lee" by Jodi Thomas. I just finished it and it's AMAZING!

Thanks for the recommendation.

Max Lucado is one of my favorite Christian authors. I haven't read his new work but will definitely check it out.

Hi there Whiteys. If you enjoyed a romantic thriller with plot twists you ought to check out Dark Canvas by Jody Summers.

It's of the same ilk. There is a thread on here describing it.

ENJOY! I think I'll try Ms Snodgrass myself
