The plot sounds intriguing and the author keeps you guessing with the different twists and turns. I also like the interesting cast of characters. This looks interesting. Thanks for the recommendation!

The premise is so thought-provoking and unique, this kind of introduction to conflict is fascinating. I can not decide yet, what to think of Allister's obsession, but it made an interestingly bizarre opening to a crime story- which is a good thing. Great review Emy :tiphat:

A fake murder and Allister not showing up at the trial sound like the makings of a great story. I'm glad the author seemed familiar with police procedure, as that helps make the plot and story more realistic. Thank you for a great review!

Wonderful review! Although I'm not a fan of murder mysteries this one sounds like it has plenty of action and subterfuge to entertain lovers of the genre. I hope Allister is still alive even though that will mean that they executed Peter for nothing.

After reading your review, I became impatient of searching for this book. Unpredictability of the story until the end makes it more interesting. What a nice review! Great work.
