This is a really thorough and well-written review. I read the first book a long time ago so it's really nice to know that the beginning of this book contains a small review of what happened in the previous books. This definitely sounds like an intriguing continuation to the series. I enjoy Catrin as a character as well, she's definitely very strong-willed and tough and I can only imagine the horror of the abuse she's been going through. Great review!

From a sampling, this is an interesting and entertaining addition to the Curse of Clansmen and Kings Series following the Roman soldier, Marcellus Antonius, and his love, Catrin the Druid warrior. It seems like it would be worth a second look. Well done.
