I agree with your declaration about the many books that have been written about spirituality. I like that the author has had prior experience with the healing powers of meditation particularly when dealing with illnesses. I also like that the author has written this book for beginners to the practice and also has videos to show the reader the different concepts. I have never heard of crying meditation, but I am interested to learn more about it.

We need something to read that enhances spirituality and feeds our soul. In this world of hardships and chaos, this book is a welcome respite. I am so looking forward to dig into this as soon as I am able. Congrats!

It was important to me that you stated you have experience with teaching meditation. That information is helpful for trusting in the content of a book like this, with material that is completely new to me. Thank you for your review!
There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

It sounds like you connected with this book. Unfortunately, I have found that books on spirituality don't always come from a place of humility--glad to hear this one is an exception. Thanks for your enlightening review.

This certainly seems like a book that specific readers would enjoy. I don't think it's my kind of book, but I'm sure it's fascinating and I appreciate any writing that's done well.

I'm glad that you enjoyed this book, but it doesn't seem like this one will be a good fit for me, so I'm going to pass on reading.

I love the concept of talking about spirituality without focusing on religion. Kudos to the author for doing just this!

I read a few pages of the sample and was left with a warm, safe feeling. I plan to read the rest of this book. Thank you for the thorough review!

I like that the author demystifies spirituality and shares some practical ways to increase energy, health, and mental clarity. It’s good to know that the “Crying Meditation” is making sounds and breathing, not actually crying.

This review looks very interesting.
I read the introduction and it is full of love and good vibes, I loved it.
Then I read first chapter but I guess it adresses people from zero, if you are already into spirituality, chapter one is no breakthrough.

Thanks for the review.
